How much is a monthly stay?
Send your dates and number of guests for a personalised monthly quote. The minimum stay is 31 nights. Rafael will confirm availability, rent, utilities, any deposit and the terms before you commit. This website does not take payment or reserve dates.
What are the bedrooms and shared spaces like?
The main bedroom has a queen bed, private balcony, air conditioning and a sit-stand workspace. The second has a double bed and workspace. The third has a small double bed. There is one full bathroom and a combined kitchen, living and dining area. Maximum occupancy is five guests. Every bedroom has a large wardrobe for storage.
Is cleaning included? What about air conditioning?
Weekly cleaning with fresh linen and towels is included. All bedrooms have heating. Air conditioning is in the main bedroom only; the other two bedrooms have fans.
What kind of stays is the apartment for?
The apartment is advertised for monthly, temporary stays, including study, work and relocation. The minimum stay is 31 nights. Ask Rafael to confirm arrangements for your dates. Parties, events and excessive noise are not allowed.
How does arrival work?
The building has a lift and stairs. Each guest receives a set of keys. The Airbnb listing states check-in after 14:00 and checkout before 12:00; confirm your arrival arrangements with Rafael.
